Setting up Ghost as a Windows Azure Web Site

Since the Ghost hosting service isn't available yet, I figured I'd go ahead and set up a Windows Azure node.js web site and deploy Ghost. But lo and behold, as I scroll down the list of web site templates in the site creation wizard, I see a Ghost app! I didn't expect it to be particularly hard to set up as a node.js app, but this is taking it to riculously easy levels.

  1. Create a new web site from the gallery, select Ghost from the app list, click Next.
  2. Enter a sub-domain, pick a region, email service (Gmail is free, the rest are not), and click Complete.
  3. ???
  4. Profit!

P.S - Step 3 probably includes posting stuff.
